The Relationship between Executive Functions and Dance Classes in Preschool Age Children

The development of executive functions is the utmost importance for academic success at school and social adaptation children. Dance class attendance one factors promoting these in This study was aimed to explore relationship between extra dance preschool age function level assessed using NEPSY-II subtests “Sentences Repetition”, “Memory Designs”, “Inhibition”, “Stаtue”, “Dimensional Change Card Sort”. data on classes were collected by means a questionnaire parents. In study, 86 typically developing 5–6-year-old children participated. No statistically significant differences functions’ levels discovered taking only least 6 months no classes. obtained plays an important role design further investigations topic.
